Order
We work with trusted manufacturing partners that have almost two decades of experience and expertise in crafting jewelry. We are confident in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 2-year warranty on defects in material or workmanship.
The gold and rhodium plating of the jewelry can fade or oxidize over time, which is a natural process. Please note that our warranty does not cover fading color, damages to the products through wear and tear like scratches, exposure to the elements, chlorinated- or salt water, or improper handling and storage.
We offer you a hassle-free replating service at a small fee to restore the color of your jewelry piece and support a circular economy.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. If you are in Germany, it may take 1 or 2 business days for your order to arrive.
For orders within Europe shipping may take 3 to 6 days.
Please note that during busy times of the year, shipping can take longer than usual.
We will send you detailed delivery information and a tracking link in your confirmation email.
We currently only ship to countries within the EU.
As a launch special, and for a limited time only we offer free shipping on all orders within the EU.

Returns & Exchanges
You can get a refund any time within 30 days after buying your jewelry. Please note that we charge a restocking fee of 5€ for every shipment.
Please follow our simple step-by-step guide for an easy returns process.
To qualify for a return, please make sure that:
1. The piece or pieces are unworn and without scratches or damage
2. The pieces are returned in their complete original packaging. This includes the pouches and jewelry boxes.
3. You can only return pairs of earrings together.
Once we receive your jewelry pieces, we will make sure they are still in their original condition.
After that, we will refund the amount to the bank account that was used to pay for the purchase.
Please note that during busy times of the year, processing your return can take up to 15 business days.

If you would like to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please send an email to hello@veyia.com. Our team is doing its best to get each shipment out to you as quickly as possible, so we might not be able to change or cancel your order in time.
Jewelry Care
Our jewelry is crafted from a Sterling Silver base with a thick 18k Gold Vermeil Plating. Gold Vermeil plating is up to five times thicker than regular gold plating. This makes our pieces scratch- and water-resistant.
We do, however, recommend you keep your Vermeil jewelry away from water and cosmetics to preserve their shine and color. Follow our Care Guide for more detailed instructions.
We recommend cleaning your pieces using a soft microfiber or cotton cloth to restore shine.
